Kansas City Plein Air Coterie
Kansas City Plein Air Coterie began in Spring 2012 with a mission to gain general understanding of the world we live in through slowed down observation, image making, and social outings. The coterie was created for studio artists to practice their craft regularly and in a variety of settings. Requirements for membership in KCPAC are simple and attainable.
I have been an official member of the Coterie since October 2012 and have served as their official photographer during painting sessions and during brunch. They meet every Sunday morning at a location to paint in nature (therefore, outdoors). They are a creative and feisty bunch.
